Nomination Criteria
Nominees should demonstrate:

- Innovation and excellence in Funeral Service practices.
- Significant contributions to community well being through voluntary services or support.
Eligibility
Eligibility for the Heart of Service Award is open to any licensed funeral director currently practicing in the United States. Nominees must be in good standing with local regulatory bodies and have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the funeral industry.
Nomination Limits
Each funeral home or organization may nominate up to two individuals per award cycle. There is no limit to the number of times an individual can be nominated if they have not previously won an award.

By participating, nominees and nominators agree to the use of their names and likeness for promotion related to the Heart of Service Award by Our Endless Blessings. All personal information collected for the award will be used solely for the purpose of administering the award and will not be sold or distributed to third parties.
